Suggest Treatment For Menstrual Irregularity

I have my periods delayed by 12 days and I was on birth control medicines for about 1.5 yrs due to irregular cycles.But I stopped taking them in Novemeber..and had regular periods till jan 4th..after that I did not get them yet. Could you suggest a medicine that can get me periods so that I can restart that course again
