Suggest Treatment For Mesenteric Ischemia In A Diabetic Patient

my sister, 76 years old was diagnosed with mesenteric eschemia, she is diabetic, she has a lot of pain, nausea, vomiting even though she is hardly eating. Her doctors prescribed pain killers but these are not helping her, she is suffering. Any suggestion? Thank you.
