Suggest Treatment For Metastasis Of Breast Cancer

I am newly daignosed with metastasis of breast cancer to the bones (Stager 4) and have begun taking Zometa and Faslodex. I ask my doctors how this cancer will affect me over time (crippling, paralysis, etc.) and they do not seem to want to answer except to say they are really good at keeping people such as myself alive for 5 years and some live 20. But I want to know what to expect. My case is extensive, skull, spine, ribs, hips, sacrum, femurs.
