Suggest Treatment For Meth Sores On Legs

Is there any home treatment for meth-sores. I ve had quite a few sores on my legs for over a week which are not healing. At first I was touching them a bit because they filled with5.8 puss, now I haven t touched them for days & they are opening up more & weeping fluid & look quite disgusting
