Suggest Treatment For Microtia On Right Ear

Hi. My daughter has microtia on her right ear. She is 5 yrs old. She has a discharge from the effected ear. This discharge has a terrible smell. We are currently staying in Dubai. We consulted a the best ENT docter here, he has suggested to under go a surgery to enlarge the ear channel as it is very tiny and hence the infection. he says the opearation cannot be done in Dubai and suggested to get it done in India. I am looking for a ENT Doctor in India who deals with microtia ears.
