Suggest Treatment For Migraine And Blood Clots In Eye

Hi I am female of 60 years of age. For several years now I frequently get blood vessels break in my eye, which will spread to the whole of the white of my eye and will stay for several days. I do get headaches when this occurs as well. I do suffer from migraines and get Botox injections at a pain management clinic to treat my migraines.Recently I had a blood clot in my eye along with my whole eye being full of blood.The doctors keep telling me this is normal , that it happens all the time.Should I be concerned?
