Suggest Treatment For Migraine And Dizziness

I'm 23 yrs old and I rarely get sick. In the evening of yesterday I started having a slight migraine. Then I decided to take one tylenol to help ease that pain. After taking the medicine, I took a 2 hour nap. When I woke up, I felt a little dizzy. I had dinner, then after I lie down and started feeling cold chills and body aches. All of a sudden I started having a fever. When my husband got back from work @ midnight, I took my temperature @ 104! My body still felt really cold. I then have 2more tylenol & an hour later I started feelinG very hot and cold.
Finally in the morning, I fell a little better w/ my fever going down. I also noticed that when I swallow, its a hard swallow. Now that its noon, I am starting to feel dizzy w/ a headache, as well as cold chills. What can you help me with?? I think I caught some type of infection. Please help. Thx!
