Suggest Treatment For Migraine And Gastric Problem

My agei is 44. height is 5.3 weight is 74 kg. I am having severe migrane for the past 10 years. Weekly three days it will come. I take tablet flunarine 10 mg one daily. After taking my lunch, I having the gastric problem and i am feeling my stomache enlarged. what is your suggestion.
