Suggest Treatment For Migraine And Nausea

I've been having constant migraines and nausea. I feel like there's something wrong my psychatric state, and I am only 17. I am female, and I know that many teenagers are like this, but I feel very different. I feel paranoid about people watching me or "going after me."
