Suggest Treatment For Migraine Headache And Dizziness

I get head ache, sometime magrain headache with feeling of throwing up, i get dizzy when i move my head sometime. I drink a lot of water and fruit juice. My throat is really sensitive so I have to be carefully with eating and drinking fluid. Thank you
