Suggest Treatment For Migraine

i have had a migraine most of my life. i am 24 years old, married and am working. i have been on some medication for this-naxdom-250 and rizora. the frequency is not that high right now but it can increase anytime.it usually lasts for 3 days in a row and i have to have my medicine. the medicine mentioned above has helped me a lot,after i have it, my headache goes away in about 20 minutes time.what can i do to avoid having medicines? i think some amount of stress also gives me a bad migraine.
