Suggest Treatment For Migraine

sir i am phani from andhra pradesh and my mom who is 50 years old is deadlly suffering with migrine head ach ., she even have thyroid problem ., and she get lot of suffering in the vocal cord and give a sound like excreat through mouth (do not excreat ) and when this happen she catch her head and say i am gonna die because of this pain ., this combination of tyroid and migraine . is making our house sad we are ready to do anything to cure this
