Suggest Treatment For Migraine

I was shaking my head to dry my hair (I've had a really bad migraine today, and went to the hospital and they put an IV in me for it) and I felt small.....'pop' I guess. I'm not sure. But not my right side of my head feels like a migraine, but without the pain, but the strange feeling. Just on the right side. I was feeling fine prior.
