Suggest Treatment For Migraine

I had a bad migraine all day yesterday. When I went to bed, it felt like a strange pulsing vibrating thing happened on both sides of my head, then my tongue quivered. What was that all about? I am 51, female,5'4" 199 migraine, mastocytosis, edema, currently on Spironolactone as diuretic
