Suggest Treatment For Migraine

I am 16 years old and the doctor told me that I have migraines. But every time that I feel dizzy and my head hurts I start to nosebleed hours later not that much but the first time that I nosebleed it was when I had an accident in on a sport. Its been happening less than one year but I only nosebleed when i get a headache and dizzy. Can you tell me what it can be?
