Suggest Treatment For Migraines And Muscle Spasms In Shoulders

Hi I am 24 years old and I been having migraine problems here recently I have had a migraine for bout a week last night I could not lay on my head it always come on my right side I also so have muscle spasms in my shoulders i can't stand smells light or noises I've been given tromodol flexril and robaxon and they do not help what can I take and need to do
