Suggest Treatment For Migraines And Nose Bleeds

Hi there, i have been having migraines for over 20 years. During that time, i've never had any sort of scan to rule out nasties. Recently i have noticed that when i have a migraine, my nose bleeds on the side that is affected and i have only just realised that when i have a migraine, my hearing seems to be affected. Could be that i just dont concentrate as well on listening when the migraine is going on. should i ask for a CT scan or something?
