Suggest Treatment For Migraines, Lump On Head, Dizziness, Chest Pain And Nausea

My symptoms are migraines lasting more than 2 weeks a lump on the back of my head on the right side nausea regardless if I eat and/or drink or not chest pain dizziness I have a hard time remembering things all of the time I have the shakes alot trouble breathing my psoriasis is flared up I have a rash across my face and have been chattering my teeth alot in the last week or so
