Suggest Treatment For Mild Dysplasia

I am 24yrs old and have had abnormal paps since I was 15yrs old. I am a smoker, have had multiple sexual partners and did not use protection (when I was in monogomous relationship). My grandmother (mothers mom) had ovarian cancer (survived), my aunts (moms sisters) one had cervical cancer and the other had uteran cancer (both survived).

Recent pap test findings were: High Risk HPV testing = Positive. Also High Grade Squamous Intraepithelial Lesions.

Had a pap done in November of 09 and the results were - Mild Dysplasia...

Knowing I am at risk for this I was wondering if you could tell me my chances of getting Cervical cancer?

Should I request a more aggressive approach to treatment? (Several unsuccessful colposcopies and 1 cryosurgey also unsuccessful).
