Suggest Treatment For Mild Dilatation Of Pelvicalyceal System And Ureter

I had my ovaries and fallopian tubes removed about 7 1/2 months ago and have now been diagnosed with mild dilatation of the right pelvicalyceal system and right ureter. There is no mass visible. It's suggested this may be due to fibrotic change from the previous surgery. What does this mean and how is it best treated?
