Suggest Treatment For Mild Grade 1 Anterolisthesis Of L4 On L5

I have been diagnosed with mild grade 1 anterolisthesis of L4 on L5 measureing 9 to 10 mm in neutral. Mild multilevel degenerative changes are seen including disk disease with mild to space narrowing and osteophytosis.Im a competitive golfer and am in a lot of pain when I bend down.What does all this mean?
