Suggest Treatment For Mild Pain In Left Side Of Stomach

early august i was in accedent and emergancy will appendicitis, they gave me liquid paracetamol and when the pain subsided sent me home, since then i have been getting mild pains in my left side now and again but over the past week they are getting more frequent, have an appointment with my doctor to phone me tomorrow but really dont think they consider it to be my appendix as a& e said it was a stomach bug that annoyed my appendix, yet i near fainted with every step and was very sick, what do i need to say to get them to take me seriously?
