Suggest Treatment For Mild Rosacea During Pregnancy

Hi I am 9 weeks pregnant and have had mild roseca for number of yrs but since becoming pregnant it seems to have gotten alot worse and with spots. The doctor prescibed me Stiemycin for this. I started using it yesterday and my skin is extremly dry since. Can i use a moisturizer to help with the dryness when using Stiemycin?
