Suggest Treatment For Mild Seizure And Concussion

Hi I had got up during the night after spending the day @ the beach in the sun, when I got up I got light headed & fell hit the back of my head & my friend said I seemed to have like a mild seizure went to the ER. Had a concussion, now I see my Neauroligist he has MRI & brain wave & says I have slight brain activity that shows I m susceptible to seizures & wants to recommend kepra, last time I had something like a seizure 7 yrs ago I had flu & fever & fell hit my head on tile floor had thought I may had a seizure then did lots of test & found I was ok I feel these happened because I had hit my head pretty hard should I be treated for seizures or clumcynes?
