Suggest Treatment For Mild Seizure Attack From AVM To Left Frontal Lobe

I am having a mild seizure attack right now from a deep AVM to the left front lobe. It is nearing the end, but it is still a little hard to see through the aura. My face is still in a slight droop. I am trying to focus. This one was rather long this time. VA diagnosed years ago (AVM 1.5 x 2 cm front left lobe).
