My son aged 11 yrs is suffering fropm mild stomach pain. I consulted physician. She has asked to give anti biotic(Syr Oflox 100) and another tablet (Buscopan 5 ml two times). After one day the pain has not reduced. I consulkted the doctor again. she advised to give Meftal P syrup (10 mm two times). Is Meftal P syrup good for stomach pain
