Suggest Treatment For Minimal PTB On Right Lung Apex As Indicated In X-ray Report

Last 2008, xray test is required in order for me to be enrolled in a nursing school.. the result says that i have minimal PTB on the right lung apex.. i stopped schooling and took a 6 month medication.. after 6 months, i took xray again, but nothing changed.. the result is still the same even though i dont have ptb symptoms anymore.. 2012, i need a medical card cuz it is required for my job.. i went to the doctor and asked about the result.. he said im already healed.. he said its just a scar anymore.. so he signed my medical card, and i contiued working until now.. this 2015, i took xray again but why is the result, minimal ptb ? cant the result be like, scarring on the right apex like that? or i just need to take another medication until itll be only a scar? thanks..
