Suggest Treatment For Minor Cleft Palate

I am prachi , my sister is 17years old, she has cleft on her lip and slightly on the nose, we got her operated twice and cleft is not much visible. its just her nose is a bit tilted and lip shape needs correction and the marks for stitches or the joint is visible. So i wanted to ask now what needs to be done and wanted to know the best doctor available who can make her look more and more beautiful and correct the minor defects left.
