Suggest Treatment For Minor Hearing Loss

hi, i've had a eardrum rupture 4 years ago as a result of barotrauma.The rupture healed on its own for about six weeks but i have some minor hearing loss. I'm hearing well but i'm concerned could it be progressive, Since then ihaven't noticed any further hearing loss. I'm interested if it,s posible to restore my hearing 100%. I suppose that i have some disposition of my eardrum
