Suggest Treatment For Missed Periods After Implanon Removal

I have had the implanon removed can you get pregnant before having a period?

I had it removed 2 and a half weeks ago and i am trying for a baby. I had the implanon in for a year and had no period in that time. Before i had the implanon inserted my periods were regular.

Please help.
