Suggest Treatment For Missed Periods And Abdominal Pain

I am 45 yrs old, and I have not got my period since January 19. Since this Friday night I have had pains in my stomach , like someone has kit me in the gut. Can figure if the are related. Not much of an appetite, afraid to eat. Living of chicken noodle soup, nothing heavy or greasey. Any thoughts?
