Suggest Treatment For Moderate Headache

I have a headache that's been moderate-to exterme for the past 2.5 days. Includes sharp pain in left shoulder blade area. Have a couple of bouts of blurriness in vision and sudden emotional feelings. I'm a 47 year old woman, 15-20lbs over weight, without history of headaches (5'7/175).
