Suggest Treatment For Moderate Hypokinesis

My husband s sister and brother died at 44 and 60 from MVP. His echo says moderate hypokinesis involving the mid ventricular segment of the anterolateral wall and mild hypokinesis involving the apical segment of the anterolateral wall. Is this reason for concern?
