Suggest Treatment For Mononucleosis Infection Causing Pain While Coughing

I have been diagnosed with mononucleosis before and was recently diagnosed again. My spleen feels enlarged and I have a pretty bad cough. It hurts when I cough in the general area of my spleen, and i have shortness of breath. Should I be concerned about a ruptured spleen?
