Suggest Treatment For Mononucleosis

My daughter, 17 years old, was diagnosed with mononucleosis in Feb 2010. She was fatigued for about 3-4 months, then seemed to regain her energy. She has recently developed a sinus infection, is on amoxicillin, and seems to back into sleeping 10-13 hours and still seems fatigued when she wakes up. She has been trying to attend college and living in residence. Is this normal for teens that have had mono?
