Suggest Treatment For Mosquito Bites With Yellow Discharge

I went camping this weekend, so naturally I'm covered with mosquito bites. The problem is I am allergic to histamine, so my bites get incredibly uncomfortable. Now they are weeping yellow liquid because the amount of scratching. Benadryl hasn't really helped. Are their any tips to keep from scratching and should I be worried about this yellow liquid?
