Suggest Treatment For Mottled Skin Patches After Radiotherapy

I developed mottled skin patches on my neck after Radiotherapy treatment for Lymphoma 10 years ago.I therefore have both Hyper pigmentation and Hypo-pigmentation in this area.
What treatment can have to help even out the skin?
