Suggest Treatment For Moveable Lump On The Shoulders

I. Have a lump between my shoulders.. I was diagnosed about 1yr ago with osteoarthritis and sciatica.. I was on lyrica and Robaxin.. But they no longer have a effect on the pain.. Now I need to have a deep tissue massage almost every night sometimes I let my 4yr old niece walk on my back just to relieve some of the pressure.. You can feel lump as you massage it and it moves.. What do you think I have.. I NEED answers P
