Suggest Treatment For Mucus Discharge From Eyes

hi, i get a mucasy discharge from my eyes when i get very hot. i work in the kimberleys in western australia which can get up to 45 degrees C, consequently a lot of sweat gets in my eyes. vision does become blurred and the mucas seems a lot thicker than what you would call sleep . it comes out reasonably easy with the tip of my finger, and blobs of it can be as big as a match head, sometimes several blobs can be removed.
