Suggest Treatment For Mucus In Ears Causing Intermittent Dizziness

Hi. I have pressure in my ears from excessive mucus. I used Sudafed but it makes me over stimulated, promoting a lack of sleep and poor work performance. The pressure is so intense that I am having difficulties hearing. What type of mucus thinner do you recommend as Vertigo is about to set in as dizziness comes and goes during the day. Thank you
