Suggest Treatment For Multiple Cyst In Both Ovaries

helloo doctor.. m 24 yrs old .. n during ultra sound it came that i have a cyst in my left ovary siz 17mm n alos multiple cyst are visible in both ovaries size 3-5 mm but there is no echoes seen in cyst n so as no fluid on P.O.D . please suggest what kind of cyst is it and what is the cure for same..
though i just skipped 1 one of my preiods..
