Suggest Treatment For Multiple Cysts On Liver

I have multiple cysts on my liver and have for a few years. Within the last year, the heels of my feet have been itching only at night (and nothing helps). My stool is also clay-colored. I had an ultrasound last week (with a followup at with a specialist). I do not know what this means and hope you can tell me what the possibilities are so I am prepared: "within the left lobe of the liver there is a (size) heterogenous hypoechoic solid mass..." (there are also multiple subcentimeter benign appearing simple cysts scattered throughout the liver. There is no ascites.). Thank you....
