Suggest Treatment For Multiple Hepatic Cysts

I was diagnosed last November 2014, with hepatic liver cyst with the ultra sound, my doctor say multiple cyst. it is 4diameter. I did not feel any pain. sometime I scared, , Do I need surgery for this, and how much the cost of the surgery. Is this bad.
Anyway I am 61 years old next.
