Suggest Treatment For Multiple Lumps In Breast

Hello sir! I have a series of tiny lumps in both my breasts associated with pain and tenderness. I had undergone surgery in my right breast last year and got a large lump removed although the biopsy showed that it was benign. I am worried. Please suggest the line of treatment and a good lady doctor for the same.
