Suggest Treatment For Muscle Spasms In Thighs When Suffering From Arthritis

I was first diagnose with a pinched nerve, I had two crazy and they say I have arthritis in my back but now I have pain in my back in the hip area and my thigh is numb. I have muscle spasms and I have pain in my thigh it feels like a hot iron is laying on my thigh and I can t lay on my left side at all.
