Suggest Treatment For Myoclonic Jerks

I have systemic mastocytosis a a recently started having myoclonic jerks when going to sleep to the point that I m sometimes just in a cycle of being jolted awake every time I start falling asleep.... Why is this suddenlu happening and aside from sedatives is there any masto treatment that could curb this?
