Suggest Treatment For Myofascial Pain Syndrome

I have severe pain in my neck and back, now coming around to front hip. I have tried physical therapy, anti-depressant, Lycra, and lastly dry needling. The dry needling has helped the best. After many x-Rays, cat scans, injections I don't know what else to do. Any suggestions....I have just been told about myofascial pain syndrome. Could this be possible.
