Suggest Treatment For Myopia In Eyes

Hi doctor, I have my brothers wife she have the problem of High Myopia and she is in in Africa in Refugee camp, when she saw the Doctor he told her that she need the Glasses for -12 ,I am in South Australia how can I get the glasses? I need your advice thank you. From Samuel Ndabarinze.
