Suggest Treatment For Nail Biting Habit

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... i bite my nails now and again, and get a bit carried away, bit both my thumb nails to the end and now they are killimg me throbing with pain. anything i can put on it to numb it ?thanks sibel
