Suggest Treatment For Nasal Blockage

HI I akbar ali, got my nasal operation in 2006 for SMR. My problem was blockage at right side nostril.My doctor told me that my septum is bent toward left side.He operated (SMR).But my right side blockage is still persists.Now the doctor telling to go for second operation for right side pulp cutting which has become bigger.I am not getting confident because an appolo doctor advised me for septoplasty. I am confused what to do.Please advise me if possible.
